Where to find more excellent music from Africa?

Hi,
I love this CD: "The Best of Africa"
The songs and artists are:
1. Pepe Kalle - Gerant
2. 4 Etoiles - Loi De La Nature
3. Somo Somo - Odile
4. Bhundu Boys - Foolish Harp / Waerera
5. Pops Mohamed - Mbira Jive
6. Soul Brothers - Bazobuya
7. Cecile Kayirebwa - Tarihinda
8. Sona Diabate - Guy Yah
9. Mansour Seck - Diewo
10. Aster Aweke - Yedi Gosh
11. Amampondo - Marimba Song
They are all so very excellent. Where can I find another compilation of African music that is very similar to this?

Starlight,
Compilations are a great way to "get your feet wet".. Believe it or not, I started with this same compilation around 15 years ago, and it is truly amazing. Another incredible compilation is "Africa - Never Stand Still". It's out of print (like so many things these days) but you can still find used versions. It's a 3 CD set with a nice booklet. I buy the used ones at my local store whenever I see them and give them as gifts.
Once you narrow down your tastes, be it Soukous or Mbablax, Benga or Chimurenga, then you can either buy the disc of the artists you like best, or try a compilation of just that genre. Rough Guide and some of the Putumayo compilations are very good. There are many others.
Many of these are available at your local library if you live near a big city, and some you can find online with little effort. Just ask Ibiza...%^)

This is excellent, thanks very much for the tip.
I will search for "Africa - Never Stand Still" .. and see if I can purchase online.
Then will follow your other recommendations.
Thanks!!
I love African music, seriously. The melody so honest and pure, full or heart, conversing with the soul.
