Very Soon there will be a segment of the show dedicated exclusively to the newer music where new favorites like Werrason, Koffi Olomide, JB MPiana, Fally Ipupa etc will be played.
Watch the speace!
Listen to Tambour d'Afrique here (Radio show that focuses on Congolese Music and African Current Events... )

I meant that some artists have just lost touch, they prefer to do Coupe de Calle and dancehall music instead of rhumba,i prefer they either do pure national music ie,rhumba,Soukous or Ngwasuma(that's if they're Congolese) instead of fusing in 6 genres of music into one album like Werrason is about to do.

well the segment started this passed saturday. but due to some tech. difficulties i was unable to record the segment. the show from saturday is up on the blog now (
http://tambourdafrique.blogspot.com
) but only the first half of the show. i will be making a mix of the songs that guy played (that i missed) tomorrow evening.
