On the 16th of August, 1958, something amazing happened. After this day, to say the world will never be the same again is the understatement of the millenium. On this day, the queen of the universe, Madonna was born. Hardly anybody knew that this little lower-middle-class entertainer-to-be would reshape the way the mainstream public sees the world, forever. She was litterally a woman with balls. She uttered the words that nobody ever dared to say, and obviously got into alot of trouble for that fact. Most of the living world today is divided into 3 groups: People who don't know who she is (probably the smallest percentage) people who love her and people who hate her. People hate her because of the things she's done, ie. Erotica, Sex, Like A Prayer, Bedtime Stories, etc. and because of her amazing guts and other people mostly love her because, despite the fact that there are more than a few people who want to see her dead, she continues to carry on and flourish.

On her 18th birthday, she went to New York to become a dancer, it is because of this that she became who she is today, and to become possibly the most powerful person ever.

The reason I love her, is not so much because of her music (even though it's amazing) or her image (although she is impossibly sexy) but because of who she is, MADONNA! Her amazing presence and power and ability to take something and make EVERYBODY talk about it is just, well amazing. Her power, and her status, and her kick-ass, I-don't-give-what-you-think attitude, is amazing. The fact that she will not roll over and play dead, the fact that she is such a bitch and proud of it, the fact that she gets things done, the fact that she is so intelligent, the fact that she is so amazing and the fact that she doesn't give a rat's ass what other people think about her, and that she will continue to be Madonna forever, is amazing.

Watch this, it is truly some of the best artwork ever, and is so impossibly un-conventional, and confrontational for a reason, and you work out why it's so controversial.

WOW! Madonna's new stuff that has been leaked is AMAZING! Sure, it's not her alone. It's Timbaland and Pharrel and JT. But, OMFG! IT'S SO INCREDIBLY AMAZING. Of course I'd say that 'coz I'm biast, but anyone would agree with me. It's so totally different. I heard The Beat Goes On, and wow! Latino mixed with Hip Hop, mixed with Dance, without comprimising her original lyrical style and sound. So it sounds the same, but also completely different.

I thought I'd treat you some more to the absolute saviour of all music. I've got 5 videos on today. The first four are all videos of hits from her current album, called Confessions On A Dancefloor. They're in order too, from first to fourth release:

Hung Up: An uber-cool video for a not-so-uber-cool song. Even though the song is a bit stupid, it's got a completely kickass backtrack! The ABBA thing works too! But... you must pump it REALLY LOUD! Close the curtains and dance, damn it! Everyone knows this song. It is officially the most successful hit single EVER in history! It gets completely freaky cool from 3:24!



Sorry: A cool song. This song is actually a political song. But she didn't want anyone to know that so she masked it with some more lyrics, and made a completely cool vid without anything to do with politics. But if you listen closely to the words, you'll see what I mean.



Get Together: Weird video. Strange song. Like it. But it didn't get to me like HU and S did. I like the line: It's all an illusion.



Jump: The best hit (musically) and the second best vid. Third best on the CD. How High is AMAZING! This song is just so cool. It just makes you wanna get up and do stuff. Amazing VID too. All the main dancers in all her shows and vids all the same since 2000's Music.
