IF YOU LISTEN CAREFULLY TO MOST RHUMBA SONGS YOU WILL NOTICE

HOW POETIC THE SINGERS ARE, USUALLY IN A SARCASTIC WAY TO EACH OTHER.
MPIANA AND WERRASON ARE ALWAYS SETING EACH OTHER UP POETICALLY AND ARE GUILTY OF THROWING MUD AT EACH OTHER
QL ACADEMIA AND KOFFI

PAPA WEMBA IS SO POETIC IN HIS LOVE SONGS I HAVE POSTED HERE SOME OF HIS EXPRESSIONS
KOFFI IS POETIC TOO
LUTUMBA THE BEST

HERE I HAVE PUT SOME LINGALA PROVERBS MOSTLY EXTRACTS FROM SONGS
LETS SHARE SOME THAT YOU KNOW
FOR EVERY ONE POSTED I WILL POST ONE TOO.

1.MATOYI EKOKI KOLEKA MOTO TE- the ears will never be longer than the head (meaning literary a child will never be wiser than the parents or elders)

2.BASI BATONGAKA MBOKA TE- women never build a village, as theirs is gossiping fighting petty jealous and quarelling

3.SOKI MUANA ALINGI ASIMBA MOTO BOTIKA YE ASIMBA MOKOLO AKO ZIKA AKO YEBA- if a child wants to play or handle fire let him/her do so but the day she will be burnt she will know what fire can do

4.MODUKI EZANGI MASASI ELELAKA TE, NZOKA MOTEMA EZANGI BOLINGO ELELAKA BILELALELA- a gun without bullets does'nt cry (fire) but a heart WITHOUT LOVE cries like hell

5.NZETE ETENGAMA BOMUANA- a tree bends when it is still young or a tree bends when its branches and stem are still young.
you can only teach a child good manners when he is young

6.BISENGO YA BASUSU PASI YA BANINGA, OYO NDE MOKILI- when ever there are people rejoycing there will be people crying and sad somewhere  else, such is life on earth.

7.LILOLBA YA SUKA YA BASENGI, KAKA MERCI- the last words of a begger are always "THANKYOU SO MUCH"

8.PASI YA MBISI NASE YA MAYI EMONANAKA TE- no one sees the suffering of fish under water. (things are never what they seem at face value)

9.NGAI NA YEBISAKI BINO BOYE LIKAMBO MOKE NDE ELELISAKA MUANA, MOKOLO EZALI BOLIGO- i have told you before that a very small thing would make a child cry BUT as for an adult is LOVE that would make them cry

10.MOTO SOKI AZA NA NZALA AKOLUKA BILEI, SOKI ALEI ATONDI BILEI EKOMI ELOKO PAMBA- if a person is starving he will look for FOOD but if he eats and becomes satisfied he loses interest in the food.(more less like when a brother is chasing after a new lady in town after........... brother goes out looking and searching for other challenges)

11.KOKUFA EZALI KOLALA TE, KOLALA PE EZALI LIWA TE- dying is not sleeping and sleeping is not dying too.

12.MBONGE EZINGISAKA MPISI TE PO EBALE EZA MBOKA NAYE, NGAMONI BOLINGO EZA LISUSU NGAI TE, TALA EKOMI KOZINGISAKA NGAI LISUSU-water doesn't confuse fish for water is its home, but as for me now i know that LOVE is not meant for me, look at how it is confusing me.

Molakisi, pliz translate this Interview in Luanda for me. especially on the question when JB was asked about what he felt of the rival issue with Werrason. This was a long time ago, maybe 2000-2001

Bill says too many things, here is the song http://www.zshare.net/download/4887977b5922df/
I bet some of it is directed at Werra and JDT Mulopwe.

Bill mukeba clinton's papitation totale starts
saying that we eat a goat but we never eat its mandevu or beards
there is a part he mentions kofii olomide
he says "Mopao koffi olomide he (WERRASON) thought he was you and he sent or got boys thinking that they were me"

the evil heart of a wizard will never scare even a small dog(pop)
he also says its him that will make congo will dance
in a subtle satical way he talks of a man who cant afford to buy a full loaf of bread for his family but he opts for ya ndambo ndambo or half
but on the overall its a dancing song with some jabs at his old master
but tell me i suspect LEO KABUYA did lead guitar here ,cud you tell me who did the lead guitar in this song.

nakomi lokola litanga ya mbula pembeni ya ebale, kasi ata mbutu eyindi makasi tongo ekosukaka se na kotana-extract from the song MAYA by lutumba simaro massiya sang by carlyto lassa

i have become so insignificant like a raindrop beside an ocean
no matter how dark the night is,morning will always come or day break always comes

these words were spoken by maya's husband after she had left him for his best friend, and the man cud not believe it since he loved his wife so much
hence the words that no matter how dark my night is by your departure one day i will get over you
and when when that day comes
that will be my daybreak or morning
