He is definately Quadra Kora Man,on Saturday, November 2, 2002 he got 4 trophies at the 7th edition of the Kora Music Awards in South Africa. Koffi received awards for Best African Musician, Best Central African Musician, and Best Album Clip, for the album Effrakata, and also a special prize for his overall contribution to the African music.
Now that's a major achievement,he has come a long way this guy also known as Antoine Makila Mabe!

I see what you're saying,i thought you wanted to know where the name came from,yes in total he now has 6 Kora's and each year he changes stage names so that Quadra Kora Man is long gone,he's now called Mopao Sarkozy,at one point he called himself Benoit(Benedict) VIII or something(when the new Pope Benedict XVI tooktook over)but the Catholic Church protested and he withdrew that name and stuck with the name Sarkozy and coincidentally took it just after the current French President came into power,Koffi is a naive and sarcastic man i think.

It's the first time am hearing this but yes,most Congolese people including small and big artists consider Koffi a pure foreigner especially for lack of respect of the elders and Congolese traditions,i guess it's just the 'Makila Mabe' in him that causes him to be a very sarcastic ba.....d he is!
