I don't think i would be able to leave my house with my trousers almost falling like that,i never did that not even at high school though i have been in the sapeur business for a long time,i believe in fine and exceptional dressing and wearing a body cologne that sticks to someone when u great them, they smell u wherever they go not dropping pants like that.

There was a time when wearing trousers so close to their chests, (riiiiight on top), was the in/fashionable thing for congolese guys, I wonder if they still do that, I havent seen it much around here!
May be notre Mwana Mboka prefers that!!!!!

I use to dress like that, only the older folks dress like that nowadays,i still do it when am wearing pure linen trousers,it looks nice,at least people can see that you're different from everyone else on the streets, there is a special name for it in Congo,i can't just remember but it looks funny on skinny people!!!

.....Wonder why I am OLD school?
This is very common on American streets.
Recently a small town in Delcambre, Louisiana
passed a law banning baggy pants with
penalties of up to six months in jail and a
$500 fine for being caught with pants that
show undergarments or, in the mayor's
phrase, "private parts."
Here is an opinion:

Now this is worse,if i was a cop i would arrest these boys and charge them under the public nuisance act,who wants to smell their smelly boxers, after all some of them spend their lives on streets hooked on drugs and cheap alcohol, what time do they wash those boxers?!!

It looks disgustig on anyone who does it,to me it shows someone is still a juvenile and F...y is not an exception,i have seen him holding on to his trousers and pulling them whilst dancing on stage, that rubbish sagging disrupts him from dancing well and in the end he dances like a woman coz he keeps holding his trousers by the hip area.....maybe that's why they say he's.....
