I have this clip that came together with the songs of the rest of his album. If you have the whole DVD watch it and see how he is making it 'big' kie kie back in KIN. (Remember his first DVD had I think only 4 clips on.)

Watching this or any other clip by Fally will not make any difference in my opinion about him,yes he's a good singer,i have several dvd's by him and many other artists and i know for sure who is rocking Congo,that's why i laugh when you say he's rocking Congo,there are other artists who pack stadiums with people and perform all day and nite,they have several albums to their bag and can manage to entertain the masses for hours non stop!

...Speaking of concerts, apparently Le Karmapa, the Prince of Congolease Rumba also held a concert this past weekend (saturday & Sunday), which drove the crowd wild, and it was ofcoz especially the women! Grin I 'd like to see some clips of that concert!

And Werrason is arriving in Kin tomorro, and will also have a concert on the 4th Aug. The Kin's fans must be seriously having a ball  Grin Grin

Look, you cant expect Fally to drop a debut album and instantly draw a big crowed as much as musicians whose bin in the industry for ever! If you wonna use that scale, lets wait and see when Fally has as many albums, and then compared him with them!

And btw, am not the only one who says that, infact (looking at those DVD clips), you realise he is so 'big' that even the street vendors (clothes) are thankful to him, coz all the young kids want to dress like him and stuff (Belts, jeans, Caps etc) are selling like hot cakes!  Grin Oh boy, wish I was a boy too... Oh yes,most juveniles want to look like Fally their idol infact it's just a new trend to have your trousers hanging by the tip of the butts(almost falling off) Grin Grin I like the new gear on the market but i would never go around with sagged jeans and pulling them each 5 steps i make,i have gone way past that era(when i was in high school) more than a decade ago! You just reminded me of the part (infact on that very same DVD), the part where his trouser are like  falling off, while they were practicing, and he tries to pull them up, but he literally pushed them like 1 centimeter up, and I was like...."whats the point?", coz what he did din't make any much difference!!  Cheesy
Look, if they like it...let 'em do it kie kie  Grin Grin

Tha's a non starter,yes he can compete with these artists but catching up with artists who have more than ten albums to their bags is something else.

Fally and that ataluku we were talking about(Apocalypse do that all the time,i would rather just tighten my belt instead of holding on to my trousers like a baby that wants to do poopoo!! Grin

Grin Grin Ferre is giving them big guns a tough time.He is adored by the greatest msuicians of Congo,he is now featuring in Lutumba Simaro's new album,the boy is just great.Below is what digitalcongo said about Ferre's show;

Fit with steel Gola and his orchestra drained a human tide to the opening of the Fikin Kinshasa, 30/07/2007 / Music The songs in rumba were executed by the musicians and this human tide.  Fit with steel has a very young team that mastery the art.  With his young orchestra, it was equal to himself.  The Saturday July 28 last, day of the start of the active ones the edition 2007 of the Fikin, Steel-tipped Gola was chosen by sn sponsor as musician having the wind in stern and worthy to brighten the evening.

To the town Bralima, Steel-tipped Gola that all the fanatics, toutes tendencies confused awaited, appeared on the podium around zero o'clock to rejoin its musicians that agrémentaient already the evening.  Despite this comparatively advanced hour, the star frantically was applauded by music-loving and its come fanatiques of all the towns of the city province of Kinshasa.  In this spectacle, "THE cherished CHILD" and his orchestra were explosifs.

The songs in rumba were executed in choir by the musiciens and this tide humaine that was in front of them to show that l' artiste has in his catalog of the songs that know actually success.  Fit with steel has a team of very young artists that masteries the art.  With his young orchestra, Fit with steel was equal to himself.

This musical artist that chemine little by little towards the panthéon of the Congolese music, confirmed its talents at the time of all its productions that it livre through the province city of Kinshasa, where it is adopted by everyone.  His concert on Saturday last to the Fikin, is only a realized dream, for Fit with steel did not meet a crowd so compact since as it produces himself with his clean group.  Boiling and explosive as a grenade dégoupillée, Fit with steel actually won a wager to the Fikin

In short this guy is saying Koffi was massacred(outshined) by Ferre who drew more crowds than anyone else.

Both Ferre and Fally have a long way to go,they can beat people like Koffi now but it's only for now!
