HELP ME! PLS IDENTIFY THIS AFRICAN SONG!

Hi everyone! Im from The Philippines. Is there anyway you can help me identify this particular song? Or lay down the lyrics? I've been searching for the title of this song for years and I can't find it. I love the melody and harmony of it. I know for sure It's in African language. I just do not know what African region it came from. Thank you so much!
