i can post some modern african music, Kwaito and hiphop and things, but i don't want to be the only one.

so after dropping 7 albums in the Ethiopia thread, unless someone else posts something i don't think i will bother...

Please be patient -- This forum is still very young. We have only 70+ members, and the only way to attract others is to post...and post...

The regular guys are into Congolese music, mostly -- but I am sure they will lend a hand every now and then.

Oh.. you missed out dude!!!  Smiley
I am very much into Nigerian music nowadays.. and Ghanian (sp?).  (But it all started with Congolese music Wink)
But the problem still remains, I don't know where to post...
Admin, whatchu think? It was a lot easier with High Life since I knew the name of the genre... dunno for the Nigerian music.. just call Naija (9ja) all of it  Grin

But I think I should post some here so you get an idea:
On a sidenote, 2Face Idibia was here some months ago.. and I was totally amazed by him!!  Afro

2Face Idibia - No Shakin' - Listen to the lyrics in this one, really good.

And you guys should have heard this one, think you have, but just forgot who sings it  Wink:
2Face Idibia - African Queen

9ice (who I really like), Tustep, B-right: Shokoshombolo - Nice combo, ok track

P.Square (twins, love their music) - Bizzy Body - You gonna LOVE dis one  Grin

P.Square - Story

Hope you like 'em!
Lots of hugs from me.

You can listen, not D/L from here.
Go to the site -- Click on Media -- Click Nigerian artists for Naija music (or something else if you want of course Smiley)
